RENOVATION OF A HISTORIC BUILDING IN MEISE, BELGIUM

Within the context of renovating this manor into a luxury hotel, OPAL-Systems was selected to completely fit out the entire building. This type of building is generally difficult to heat. Moreover, the wood floors needed to be preserved. These two issues were resolved easily thanks to our underfloor heating solution.

Our solution makes it possible to not only ensure unrivalled thermal comfort (responsiveness, no air current, operation as needed, etc.) but also to preserve the wood floors (classic underfloor heating being impossible due to its weight and thickness). OPAL-Systems is the most suitable underfloor heating system for this type of project which requires improving comfort without destroying the existing building.
